Is there a monthly fee or a minimum?
No. You top up the wallet and pay per message. Plugins may also be offered as monthly or yearly plans with a message allowance.
What does a test key cost?
Nothing. Test keys run against the sandbox: nothing is delivered and nothing is charged, so you can finish the integration before adding funds.
Am I charged for messages that fail?
Messages rejected before sending are never charged. Where a price is marked “refund on failure”, a message the network reports as undelivered is refunded automatically.
Can I get a better rate?
Yes. The list prices apply until a rate is agreed for your company; agreed rates, per country and message type, apply from the date they take effect.
How do I pay?
Top up from the dashboard by UPI (and by card where enabled). Every top-up produces a GST invoice, and every charge is in your ledger.
